Susanne Verdonschot en Diede Stevens ontwikkelden een aanpak en beschreven deze in hun boek \u201cImpact Onderzoek &#8211; Samen in kaart brengen wat een leertraject oplevert&#8221;. Naast de ervaringen van de deelnemers wordt in hun aanpak ook de doorwerking van het traject in de organisatiepraktijk in kaart gebracht. De aanpak vormt zelf ook weer een interventie binnen het leertraject ook vanwege het participatieve karakter. Het geeft inzicht, spoort lacunes op en levert aanknopingspunten voor verbetering. Naast kwantitatieve scores worden ook verhalen met ervaringen meegenomen.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Utrechtzorg vroeg StoryConnect om een impact onderzoek uit te voeren naar Action Learning. Voor Wytske de Vries, antropologe was dit kolfje naar haar hand.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ce8eb5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ce8eb5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><br \/>Utrechtzorg gaf StoryConnect begin 2021 de opdracht om een luister- en veranderaanpak te ontwikkelen voor het behouden van personeel in zorgorganisaties. Deze aanpak wordt \u201cJouw Verhaal Onze Zorg (JVOZ)\u201d genoemd. Vanuit 4 zorgorganisaties deelden meer dan 400 (oud) medewerkers van verhalen over organisatorisch welbevinden en vertrekgedachten. Veel verhalen gingen over haarscheurtjes die medewerkers ervoeren. Haarscheurtjes die wel of niet werden gesignaleerd of \u2018gelijmd\u2019 door de organisatie. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Dit gaf veel inzicht waar werk aan de winkel was om\u00a0<\/em><em>personeel\u00a0<\/em><em>te behouden. Na de verhalen volgde een Action Learning traject waarin kwartiermakers uit de 4 organisaties aan de slag gingen met organisatorische interventies en experimenten om de haarscheurtjes te verminderen of\u00a0 \u2018lijmmomenten\u2019 toe te voegen. In het programma zijn kwartiermakers zelf ook getraind in de uitvoering narratieve methoden. Dat gaf hen hele concrete aangrijpingspunten\u00a0voor hun interventies<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e56da7b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e56da7b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Gangbaar bij impact onderzoek is vragenlijstonderzoek en interviews. Wij experimenteerden met een online vertelpunt en een vertelkring gevolgd door hele korte interviews om de impact op te sporen. Deze aanpak verliep voorspoedig. Nu is zaak het materiaal te ordenen aan de hand van de onderzoeksvragen. Parallel daaraan is begonnen met het opstellen van een impactmap die helder in beeld brengt hoe er van deelnemers, bekwaamheden, werkgedrag tot organisatorische impact is gekomen. Begin 2023 worden de resultaten aan de bestuurders en kwartiermakers van de 4 zorgorganisaties en UtrechtZorg gepresenteerd door Natascha Kalkman, de projectleider van Utrechtzorg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoe weet je of een leertraject impact heeft (gehad)?
