JVOZ is bedoeld om te ontdekken hoe zorgorganisaties hun medewerkers kunnen behouden. JVOZ start met het luisteren naar de leefwereld van de medewerkers en biedt idee\u00ebn voor concrete kleine acties en experimenten, geen grote reorganisaties of veranderprojecten. Maar hoe krijg je de persoonlijke verhalen op tafel? Dit doen we bij JVOZ via het ontwikkelde \u2018digitale vertelpunt\u2019 en door verteltafels. Zo krijgt een organisatie inzicht in de diversiteit aan persoonlijke verhalen achter de getallen van landelijke rapporten. Zowel positief als negatief. Hiermee kunnen we de haarscheurtjes en lijmmomenten in het systeem ontdekken die uiteindelijk leiden tot een breuk of een herstel van een breuk in de werkmotivatie van een medewerker. Samen zoeken zij naar de overkoepelende rode draden en patronen die in de verhalen te ontdekken zijn. Om zo uitstroom tegen te gaan en te zorgen voor het behoud van zorgmedewerkers.\nDe medewerkers zijn blij dat er naar hen geluisterd wordt. Zorgorganisaties concurreren niet met elkaar maar werken in dit project samen. Ze leren samen wat werkt en delen oplossingen voor elkaars pijnpunten. Het resultaat? Hierin wordt kennis overgedragen over veranderen in complexe systemen en relevante onderwerpen uit de interventie- en veranderkunde. Gelijktijdig gaan deelnemers aan de slag met hun creatieve, flexibele acties of experimenten in hun eigen organisaties. Conceptueel leren\nen toepassen wordt zo direct met elkaar in verband gebracht. De impact in de verschillende organisaties is dat er op tal van plekken beweging is ontstaan die leidt tot (A) het vergroten van\nde kans op behoud en (B) het vergroten van\neen inclusieve open cultuur, waarbij negatieve patronen stap voor stap uit de organisatie worden verdreven. In het eerste JVOZ-cohort werden deelnemers enorm ge\u00efnspireerd door\ndit programma. Men beseft dat eenvoudige recepten niet voldoende zijn. Velen beseffen dat de belevingswerelden waarin medewerkers beslissingen nemen over vertrek\/blijven veel gevarieerder zijn dan ze dachten\nen dat d\u00e1\u00e1rmee moet worden omgegaan. Deze gewijzigde \u2018kijk\u2019\nop het vraagstuk heeft een enorme impact. Het is confronterend te horen wat medewerkers beleven en wat hen parten speelt, maar het opent ook nieuwe wegen om na te denken over oplossingen.\nDoor de complexiteit van het probleem realiseren de betrokkenen zich dat\neen lineaire \u2018van A naar B-oplossing\u2019 niet werkt. Daarom is gebruik gemaakt van het experimenteren met kleine veranderingen. Door die steeds groter te maken, wordt een beweging in gang gebracht.\n<br><br>Voorbeelden van (kleine) veranderingen die hebben plaatsgevonden als gevolg van deze aanpak:\nDeelnemers leerden \u00e9cht luisteren naar medewerkers en dan bleek een oplossing soms heel simpel.\nVerteltafels (luisteren naar de verhalen) is veel vaker ingezet in alle deelnemende organisaties.\nAanpassen van beleid rond nieuwe medewerkers.\nAanpassen van de span of
